With this acquisition, Ennov\u2019s established presence in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia is now complemented by Calyx\u2019s strong foothold in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India, creating a powerful global network. Over the past few months, our teams have discovered a strong alignment in company culture, as well as the ability to streamline our corporate operations.
