The latter data remains under the control of the customer. Ennov undertakes never to access the data, except at the customer&#8217;s express request and only for technical support purposes.<\/li><li>(C). data entry by Ennov Event on behalf of Customers: For a selected few customers, Ennov Event staff enter data into the Ennov Event software. The Customer remains the controller of the data and Ennov Event the processor.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a078bf2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a078bf2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1.3 What information do we collect?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e00a43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6e00a43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For (A), only the following data is stored for Ennov customers in order to help setup user accounts:<\/p><ul><li>First name<\/li><li>Surname<\/li><li>Email address<\/li><li>Login<\/li><\/ul><p>This data is collected directly from the customer when registering new users.<\/p><p>For (A), only the following data is stored for Ennov Clinical customers in order to help setup user accounts:<\/p><ul><li>First name<\/li><li>Surname<\/li><li>Email address<\/li><li>Address<\/li><\/ul><p>This data is collected directly from the customer when registering new users.<\/p><p>For (A), only the following data is stored for MACRO customers in order to help setup user accounts:<\/p><ul><li>First name<\/li><li>Surname<\/li><li>Email address<\/li><li>Address<\/li><\/ul><p>This data is collected directly from the customer when registering new users.<br \/>For (A), only the following data is stored for Ennov PV customers in order to help setup user accounts:<\/p><ul><li>First name<\/li><li>Surname<\/li><li>Email address<\/li><\/ul><p>This data is collected directly from the customer when registering new users.<\/p><p>For (A), only the following data is stored for Ennov Event customers in order to help setup user accounts:<\/p><ul><li>First name<\/li><li>Surname<\/li><li>Email address<\/li><li>Password<\/li><\/ul><p>This data is collected directly from the customer when registering new users.<\/p><p>For (B), Ennov may store personal data for the needs of its customers as part of the professional use of the software. The type and amount of personal information managed in this case depends exclusively on the purpose of the software and the use made of it by the customer. The customer is responsible for selecting the personal data to be managed in the software. For instance, Ennov may store information about the health condition of patients as part of the provision of its clinical trial software.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>For (C), the fields in the software which contain personal data are listed in the Ennov Event Register of Process. The nature of this data entry is only to process the data for the customers in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the customers contracts. All Ennov Event staff have signed a letter of employment which includes a confidentiality clause to ensure that the data is not mismanaged.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-289944e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"289944e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1.3.1 Indirect collection of data<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8a94e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8a94e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Within the software, Ennov\u2019s customers can enter personal data relating to data subjects. Ennov ensures:<\/p><ul><li>The constant availability of the hosting service<\/li><li>The integrity of the stored and transmitted information<\/li><li>The confidentiality of this information<\/li><\/ul><p>Faced with these challenges, Ennov has written the Quality document INF.DR.292 Information System Security Policy. The Information System Security Policy can be seen as a repository which aims to clearly describe how to manage, protect, access and disseminate information managed by customers through business applications.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ennov ensures that all staff are trained on the Information Security Policy to give them the knowledge of how to keep customer data confidential.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ennov implements both disaster recovery and business continuity policies to ensure the protection of personal data when faced with an emergency. These are documented in QUA.DR.0547 &#8211; Ennov BCP &#8211; PCA Ennov and ORG.DR.309 &#8211; Disaster recovery plan respectively.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ennov is able to conduct data protection impact assessments when requested by customers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db02993 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"db02993\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1.8 Confidentiality<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a4f1f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a4f1f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Employees with high administrative privileges for the management of computer systems and data sign a confidentiality agreement, template QUA.MO.0394 &#8211; Engagement Confidentialit\u00e9 Administrateur is used for this and is stored in Ennov Doc once signed. This document details that the individuals acknowledge the confidential nature of the data to which they have access and that they must not use or communicate it except in accordance with the operating procedure described within the agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7745543 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7745543\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1.9 How long do we keep your personal data for?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a769d2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a769d2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ennov will not retain data for longer than reasonably or legally necessary.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Personal data is kept in the systems for as long as there is a contractual obligation to do so. If the customer leaves Ennov, we will liaise with the customer to return data in a desired format (e.g. XML) and timeframe. On contacting Ennov, the data subjects should explain the details of their request, Ennov will then implement the relevant data protection process to identify \/ correct \/ delete \/ port the data.
