Laure is the co-founder of Ennov and was responsible for bringing Ennov’s first products to market. She now oversees the global strategy, planning and execution of commercial operations. Laure has instituted a “customer first” business strategy designed to keep Ennov at the forefront of the industry.
James Deleuse
Chief Product Officer
James holds an Engineering degree in Health Information Technology from PolyTech Grenoble, accompanied by over 17 years of experience in developing software solutions for the Life Sciences industry. As CPO, he spearheads product development, innovation, and global product strategy. His expertise encompasses leading the company’s product portfolio, focusing on meeting market demands and anticipating future trends. James’s strategic leadership in product management ensures the company’s competitive edge and supports its growth in the Life Sciences sector.
Sébastien Rossi-Ferrari
Chief Financial Officer
Sebastien has 18 years of experience in Finance. He spent 12 years advancing at General Electric in the USA and internationally, across a variety of industries such as Energy, Aviation, Banking, Capital, Lending, and Renewable Energy. He then spent 6 years in a Private Equity environment. For 4 years, he was with Maincare, a French market leader in software development that specializes in solutions for healthcare customers. Currently, Sebastien is responsible for structuring the Extended Finance function at Ennov, which includes Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Sourcing/Procurement, Legal, and Compliance.
Franck Lehmann

Franck has 20 years of experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry, of which 10 leading significant business units and 5 at executive leadership level. In addition to his initial studies as an engineer, he completed a leadership program in the USA and Senior Management Studies at INSEAD (France). He leads Ennov’s Professional Services departments – Project Management, Support & Training.

Thierry is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services for customers located in North and Latin America, carried out by the PMO, Implementation teams, and Customer Support engineers. Within 15 years of experience implementing IS in the Pharma and Cosmetic industries, from lab research to post-marketing operations, he graduated with an MSc. degree in Bioengineering from Poitiers’ University (France), and attests a Stanford GSB Executive Education Certificate and the PMP Certification. Thierry ensures excellent customer relations, as well as engages in high-priority interactions with clients during and after the software implementations.

Naveen has a Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from University of Bangalore. He has 23+ years of hands on industry experience working with top life science companies in providing end-to-end Global Solution Management, Program Management, Regulatory & Business Consulting, Training, Design & Development of Life Sciences Software products including their Validation, primarily focusing on RIMS, xEVMPD/IDMP streams.

Steve has a Master’s Degree in Immunology from the University of Essex, UK and over 25 years of experience serving in various senior Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Operations roles for companies including Gilead, Amgen, Merck, Baxter and Parexel. He is responsible for the implementation of Ennov Regulatory systems and assisting the development of the Ennov Regulatory product suite.
